Privacy
In the privacy statement below you can read how ICTU handles your personal data and which rights you can exercise with regard to the processing of this personal data.
Privacy statement
Stichting ICTU, ICTU for short, is responsible for the processing of personal data of the website ictu.nl and the services it offers. ICTU protects privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Use of data
ICTU processes personal data about you when you use our services and/or when you provide them to us yourself. For example, because you want to get in touch with us, because you register for or want to participate in a meeting or because you want to receive information or a digital magazine.
ICTU takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
ICTU only uses personal data that you provide to ICTU for the purpose for which you provided them. ICTU also only uses personal data if this is necessary. The personal information you provide us with will be treated confidentially. We will also not store this data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
In all other cases, the personal data in question will be destroyed.
We do not process special or sensitive personal data.
When registering for a meeting, the minimum personal data we need to be able to organize this or to invite you to similar meetings in the future depends on the type of meeting (after you have given permission for this, of course).
It is possible that your presence at digital events will be recorded and that these images will be stored by ICTU. If ICTU makes a recording of an online session, this will be indicated in advance. If you do not want to be included in a recording with image or sound, you can turn off your camera and microphone.
Sharing with third parties
ICTU does not provide personal data to third parties, unless required to do so by law and regulations. ICTU does not share your data with third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
ICTU remains responsible for these processes.
